Vacation week (and a half) this week. Going to Barra Honda's caves in Nicoya, then west to the beaches on the coast. Then onto San Jose for a few days for a WT meeting, to return to BV on the 7th.
Have been in San Isidro the past two nights, found a place called Lotus, a kitschy store selling Pan-Asian and Costa Rican home goods and randoms. I was embarrassed to buy ginger candy and incense, fulfilling every stereotype everyone in Costa Rica probably has ever had, but it's ok.
And no, I do not regularly burn incense nor have I ever in my life.
